The USC Alumni Association awards nearly $1 million annually in scholarships to incoming and continuing students. For decades, USC Alumni Clubs around the country have participated in this process by awarding Alumni Club Scholarships, and the USC Alumni Club of Greater New York is no exception. This program is extremely important to the University and to the USC Alumni Association. Scholarships awarded by the club are also partially matched by the University if the students meet the minimum scholarship eligibility requirements.

Scholarship recipients are chosen based on their leadership and involvement in both student and community activities. There is no minimum GPA or test score eligibility for recipients, and both incoming and continuing students from New York, Connecticut, and Northern New Jersey are encouraged to apply.
